It's been 2 months now since Wes has left. He is adjusting well and missing us a whole bunch!!! A few weeks ago, we decided that he should go ahead and reenlist for 8 more yrs putting him to retirement. I am so proud of him , with this war he decided to stay in and support the Army. Way to go Wes!!!
On the home front, we are doing well. Buddy will be starting school in two weeks and he is so excited. He keeps telling everybody that he is going into the 2nd grade. My son is growing up so fast. In October, he will be turning the big 8. I wish Wes could be here but Buddy knows that Daddy is fighting the "bad guys" in the desert.
